Scripture reading Judges  

Remember to fill up your gallon of water and drink through the day!

Work out or 2 mile run/walk


Breakfast: 2 slices of whole grain toast and nut butter, medium fruit or 1/2 cup fruit

Snack: 4 whole grain crackers with cheese slices

Lunch: Tuna sandwich or PBJ sandwich, 1 cup roasted mixed vegetables

Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fresh fruit (strawberries)

Dinner: Salad topped with chicken/lean beef or salmon and lite vinaigrette (your choice of lite dressing), 1/2 cup fruit for desert

Snack: 1/3 cup choice of nuts
