Day #4, Day #11, Day #18

Slice of bread/toast with nut butter and 1/2 glass skim milk before your workout or 2 mile run/walk

Continue the book of Judges or your morning devotional, prayer, meditation

Breakfast: 4 egg white with spinach and tomatoes scrambled or however you like it

Snack: string cheese or babybel cheese with 1/2 cup fruit

Lunch: 1 medium baked sweet potatoe, 1 cup mixed vegetables, lean steak strips (vege burger)

Snack: handful nuts

Dinner: Your choice of salad topped with chicken/steak or tofu

Snack: whole grain crackers with nut butter and banana
